Booking events & seminars
PAYMENT FOR BOOKINGS
Full payment for your ticket is due on receipt of the invoice, which will be issued on the day of your booking, and in any case must be made no later than the day of the event.
If you do not pay by the stipulated event date, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket. If for any reason a payment by cheque is returned unpaid by the issuing bank, or has to be represented, a charge of £30.00 will be levied to cover bank and administration charges incurred.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
Please check the details of your original booking against your confirmation notification as there may be a minimum administration charge of £10.00 for subsequent changes.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
If you wish to cancel your ticket for all or any member(s) within your booking, you must notify us by email no less than 7 days before the event. We will acknowledge this communication and send you an amended booking confirmation or cancellation invoice accordingly.
If you cancel your ticket within 7 days of the event there may be a cancellation charge based on administrative and unrecoverable costs incurred by us which may be up to 100% of the cost of the ticket.
If you do not attend the event, and have not let us know with at least 24 hours prior notice, you will be liable for 100% of the cost of the ticket.
