▶️REWATCH THE WEBINAR

This online webinar delivers 45 minutes of CPD and is FREE TO MEMBERS.

A ‘coffee shot’ style webinar that will bring you up to date on the current key issues.

Government regulations and increasing pressure from investors and customers is pushing the real estate sector to improve the environmental impact of its developments and their on-going sustainability. This affects landlords and developers, but is also now impacting tenants through leases and their fit-out works.

Leisure has a huge amount of 20-25 year old properties that will need to be refurbished and brought up-to-date. Increasingly demolition is becoming harder with the carbon costs and increased construction costs. The sector is also refurbishing and repurposing 1970/1980s department stores and other space within the retail sector as well.

The session will focus on dealing with bringing real estate back into sustainable use and hitting EPC targets. Leisure has millions of square feet of 1990s stock with E, F and G ratings. The session will run through the latest key changes and pressure points in this field and look at practical solutions to help landlords and tenants deal with the resulting challenges.

The Leisure Property Forum has assembled a panel of experienced industry experts in this field.

Our panellists:
