Our generous sponsors for the Leisure Review 2019 are M & G Investments – providing this year’s larger venue and refreshments for our not-to-be-missed summary of 2019 and an examination of what 2020 holds in store for the leisure property sector.
This seminar qualifies as 90 minutes CPD
2019 is a year that has been packed with key events and industry trends – 2020 could be just as impactful.
The Leisure Property Forum annual review is one of our flagship events providing attendees the opportunity to hear from four industry experts who will cover the economy, F&M market, D2/Big Box Leisure market and investment market. They will review the big events, influences and trends over 2019 and look forward to what 2020 may hold in store for us.
The review is an opportunity for attendees to update themselves on activity across all the key sectors of the leisure sector and look forward to the next 12 months. Due to its success in previous years, the event will be in a bigger venue but members are advised to book early as the event is always over-subscribed.
The first presentation will be a general overview of the economy and market by Stephen Springham from Knight Frank who heads their retail research team.
This will be followed with a presentation on the F&B market from Tracy Pollard, Managing Director of Bruce Gillingham Pollard and then a presentation on the D2 / Big Box Leisure market from Carlene Hughes, Director, Leisure at Savills
The investment market will be covered by Marcus Wood, Director, Head of Out of Town Retail at JLL and we will then finish this section of the evening with a Q&A from the floor.
Our speakers* will give an overview of the main activity within these sub-sectors throughout 2019, as well as discussing emerging trends and influences, and the prospects for 2020.
