This 30 min webinar will cover those brands and concepts brave enough to start – or keep – growing in the leisure field during 2020. The COVID-19 crisis has provided newly available units, and the opportunity for challenger brands and new concepts who would have struggled prior to the crisis, to gain traction with landlords and developers.
Our panel:
We are joined by Peter Backman who is a key researcher and thought-leader in the restaurant sector. Peter is an expert on the structure and dynamics of the foodservice sector, and its supply chain, in the UK, across Europe, and in other major international regions and countries including the USA and India. He enlightens senior executives and other people who make significant decisions in the foodservice sector including investors, operators and suppliers to the sector.
We are also joined by Carlene Hughes, a director in the leisure agency team at Savills, specialising in leasing, development consultancy and asset management of leisure assets for major UK institutional landlords as well as nationwide expansion remits for retained tenant rep clients.
Both will talk through their take on the market, new openings and expanding brands, before a short Q&A chaired by Andrew Ferguson, Fund Manager at Legal and General Investment Management
The webinar will take place on the 18th November at 9.15 via an LPF Zoom webinar.
