The Seminar will provide a review of the rapidly growing and evolving class-based gym sector and will begin with an expert insight from seminar chair David Minton, Director of The Leisure Database Company. David has over 30 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry and as such offers a unique insight and perspective into this burgeoning sub-sector of the market.

We will hear from Olia Sardarova, CEO of BXR. BXR was launched in 2017 in Marylebone and is a high-end boxing based gym backed by professional boxer Anthony Joshua who is a stakeholder in the business.

F45 originated in Australia and provides classes of 45 minutes in circuit and HIIT style workouts.

Geoff Bamber, CEO of Digme Fitness will also be speaking. Digme offers spin classes, HIIT workouts and Yoga, Digme encourages their users to set their fitness goals high and to dig deep for real gains,  using trackable technology and ‘Spivi points’.
