After a successful visit to O2 Greenwich last year we are heading to the heart of Soho for our latest Leisure Property Forum Behind the Scenes tour courtesy of Soho Estates.
Soho Estates began the development of the former home of the Raymond Revue bar and the surrounding buildings in 2015 with the intention of returning this pocket of Soho to the status of London’s entertainment capital. The scheme includes the reimagining of the Boulevard Theatre with a revolving auditorium giving it the flexibility it needs to stage a wide variety of plays and cabaret shows, an extension to The Box nightclub and the re-opening of Madame Jojo’s. The project also includes high quality Soho style offices and a number of retail units.
The development is due to complete later this year and our tour will give members an insider’s view of the three leisure components as well as a presentation on the scheme in the Boulevard Theatre itself from Soho Estates Director, Philip Thompson.
