The Canada Water Vision is to create a district for London that has everything you could possibly need to live, work, shop and study with joy. Canada Water’s local landmarks, Greenland Dock’s water sports, the cultural impact of Printworks London and the longstanding community and clubs already create a special sense of place here.

Adding to this bustling district will be a new state-of-the-art fitness centre from spring 2025, a new town square, 16 new streets and London’s first new high street for 100 years attracting independent makers and local start-ups eager for space to grow.

London’s biggest commercial indoor vertical farm, developed by Harvest London. Providing locally grown produce directly to the Food Hall while supplying restaurants across London, with a mission to build a sustainable, hyper-local food system.
