Adding to this bustling district will be a new state-of-the-art fitness centre from spring 2025, a new town square, 16 new streets and London’s first new high street for 100 years attracting independent makers and local start-ups eager for space to grow.

London’s biggest commercial indoor vertical farm, developed by Harvest London. Providing locally grown produce directly to the Food Hall while supplying restaurants across London, with a mission to build a sustainable, hyper-local food system.

Canada Water – A new district for Central London

Join us for an unprecedented opportunity to take a look behind the scenes with British Land at the new Canada Water development.

Attendees for The Leisure Property Forum Behind the Scenes 2025 will be split into groups of 20 for each part of the guided tour, followed by networking in Corner Corner – an exciting and vibrant hub where food, culture, and community come together under one roof. Located in the heart of Canada Water, this multi-use space is designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate creativity and collaboration.
