  • 100 million people lay their eyes on Piccadilly Lights as they pass through Piccadilly Circus each year.

  • Landsec have owned the world-renowned screen since 1968, and since 2012, the freehold ownership of the entire island site.

Another fabulous members-only ‘Behind the Scenes’ opportunity to go ‘behind the scenes’ at the world famous Piccadilly Lights.

 

Behind the lights: Lucent, W1

With an amazing location behind Piccadilly Lights, this latest London development, Lucent W1, will provide businesses with work space in the heart of the West End and a range of new innovative leisure uses.

These will include virtual reality venue, an immersive experience, a sports bar and a number of high-end F&B brands

There will be more than 140,000 sq ft of offices, as well as shops and a rooftop restaurant, combining office, retail and leisure space with advertising on the famous Lights.

Attendees for The Leisure Property Forum Behind the Scenes 2024 will be split into groups of 15 for each part of the guided tour, followed by networking in the newly opened Devonshire Rooftop Terrace.
