James Stage MRICS, Associate Director at CBRE
James is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in leisure real estate principally providing valuation, advisory, and buy-side services across Europe with a focus on large lot-size or complex single assets and portfolios. He will be delivering the main presentation.
Antonia Frangakis, solicitor at Howard Kennedy
Antonia is a Commercial property lawyer with a particular focus on retail, restaurant and leisure sectors. She works with operator-occupiers in the leisure sector, including retailers and restaurants, on all aspects of commercial property, regularly handling leasehold acquisitions and disposals for national brands and independents. She also deals with wider general estate management, advising on and dealing with legal issues relating to landlord and tenant matters.
