Over the years the group has acquired, developed and operated hotels under international brand names including Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, easyHotel and Tune Hotels. This culminated in the launch of its own brand in 2017, Point A Hotels, a joint venture between Queensway and the Wellcome Trust. Point A has now grown to seven operating hotels – six in London and one in Glasgow with a further three hotels under construction in Edinburgh, London and Dublin.

  • Where did the company think the biggest challenges might lie, and how did guests actually react to the original concept;
  • To what extent has the company’s product evolved since it was first launched in terms of guest experience, technology, etc;
  • What plans does the company have for the future in terms of geographic representation, the product, and the direction of their business?
